The bottom line: noble cause corruption — and thus, teleological ideologies in general — dramatically increase the likelihood of a serious situation that could easily turn horribly messy, ending your career in law enforcement and, potentially, scarring or ending the lives of you and/or others.
In contrast, teleological based " grand narratives " are eschewed by the postmodern attitude  and teleology may be viewed as reductive, exclusionary and harmful to those whose stories are diminished or overlooked.

Walter has a great deal of health, but his attacks are fairly weak. Watch out for the pools he summons though, as after a few seconds a horde of birds will erupt from them and severely injure you if you are on top of them. Keep whittling down Walter's health until he is finally struck down, then enjoy the final cut-scene.
